- In the present report, we concentrate on the influence of immunoge- netics on the SARS-CoV-2 infection. A total of 527 SARS-CoV-2 PCR positive and negative individuals from Saxony was investigated. We used NGS for HLA- A, B, C, DRB1, DRB345, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1, andDPB1 typing. Then, we defined 26 genes and 5 platelet genes. Here we discuss possible predisposition of individuals expressing specific HLA alleles or combinations.
